From Hamilton’s Sea of Santas to Burlington’s Big Parade Week: The Holiday Spirit Continues!

If there’s one thing we can guarantee every December, it’s that the VR PRO Santa Races will bring the holiday spirit to life, and this past weekend in Hamilton proved it once again.

Families ran together, kids sprinted in oversized beards, friends turned it into a tradition, and the community showed up in full support. It was festive, fun, and exactly what a Santa Run should feel like; lighthearted, spirited, and unforgettable.

Events like these remind us why we do what we do. It’s not just a race; it’s a moment where a city comes alive, where strangers cheer each other on, and where a simple red suit turns an ordinary Saturday into something magical.

And now… we keep the momentum going.

Next Up: The OG Santa Run – Burlington, December 7

The celebrations continue this Sunday as we head to Burlington for the OG Santa Run, the classic pre-parade tradition that so many families look forward to each year.

On December 7, Santas will gather at Caroline Street and Drury Lane, ready for a cheerful 3.5K route that finishes right at Central High School, perfectly timed to lead into Burlington’s iconic Santa Parade.

The OG Santa Run isn’t just a run; it’s the start of the city’s biggest holiday celebration. Hundreds of red suits filling the streets, bells jingling, music playing, and everyone warming up for the parade ahead, it’s one of the most joyful mornings of the season.

Whether you’re running, walking, bringing your family, or cheering from the sidelines, this event always sets the tone for a festive December weekend.

There’s still time to join us:

A Holiday Tradition That Keeps Growing

Every year, our Santa Races remind us that community events don’t just bring people together, they create memories, traditions, and moments worth celebrating.

Thank you to everyone who made Hamilton’s Santa Run such a success. And to our Burlington Santas… we’ll see you at the start line this Sunday.

Get your suits ready. The season continues, and it’s only getting better.
